Send an email to zegzulaofficial@gmail.com requesting a return. Please state whether you would like a Refund or for us to ship out the item in a different size.

We will send you an invoice for the return packing slip (£1.99 for items of clothing and £2.99 for shoes/boots)

Print this slip at home or at your local Hermes Print-in-store Parcelshop and securely attach to the package with all necessary barcodes visible.

The package can be dropped off at either a Hermes Parcelshop or InPost Locker. There will be a link below to direct you to your nearest.

Once the package arrives our team will quality check the item, make sure there are no signs of wear or defects etc.

When this is complete you will either receive your refund / the items will be reshipped to you immediately

You will need to arrange your own method of shipping these items back. We will provide you with our Depop deadstock sellers address.

Please ensure all customs fees are covered if this applies to a large amount of items.

The item must not be personalised (e.g Letter Ring, Birthday Necklace, etc.)

We do not accept returns for beauty products, lingerie or earrings for hygiene purposes

Item must be in the same condition it was delivered in.

Must be in its original packaging & containing all necessary labels.

Items may be tried on but have no signs of wear.

Customer must have order confirmation email

Returns are only available 20 days after the item is delivered
